Our client is a forward thinking, independant and dynamic law firm who are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to join their friendly, close-knit tax team. Business services staff are involved in decision making and play a vital part in upholding excellenve and shared values.

Duties:
- Creating and managing documents and materials, files, schedules, spreadsheets, diagrams, presentations, reports and correspondence
- Production, formatting and/or proof-reading of documents, reports and other materials to ensure accuracy, professional and to brand standard
- Dealing with queries by telephone, email and in person
- Processing expenses and invoices
- Assist with liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Any ad hoc duties that this role may require
This role would be perfect for anyone with at least 6 months experience in a professional enviroment supporting senior members of staff, the perfect entry level admin role to build your secretarial career.
