Administrative Assistant

The successful applicant will partake in numerous office-based tasks such as processing orders, speaking to suppliers, dealing with customers and general day to day running of the business. We use a network of suppliers to deliver on our behalf anywhere in the UK which means our job in head office is to take peoples orders, process them to the correct suppliers and offer support with any enquiries or issues people may have.
Ideally we'd like the successful applicant to have good English and Maths skills, industry and product knowledge is not vital as it's easy to learn on the job. IT skills are desirable within the role as all work is computer based, we have an online database for orders and use emails constantly to communicate with customers and suppliers.
Our office is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, the successful applicants working hours would be from 9am to 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
