Overview:
We are a property maintenance company looking to add an aditional member to our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Administrative Assistant. This position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with initial training provided in-office. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, be proficient in administrative tasks, and possess the ability to attend in-office meetings or training sessions as required.
Responsibilities:
1. Phone Reception: Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
2. Appointment Scheduling: Manage and schedule appointments for engineers, utilising our scheduling software.
3. Email Management: Review and respond to emails promptly, prioritizing urgent messages and inputting job details into our software system accurately.
4. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation as needed.
5. Remote Work Environment: Maintain a productive work-from-home setup, ensuring reliable internet connection and availability during designated working hours.
6. Office Attendance: Attend in-office training sessions or meetings as required, successful candidate may be required to work from the office a couple of days a week for the first couple of months with visits to the office for additional training or team collaboration thereafter.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative roles preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling software preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to commute to the office when needed.
