, Swansea Bay University Heath Board are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced administration officer to join our new cancer prehabilitation service. The successful candidate will support the clinical team with the implementation and delivery of the cancer prehabilitation service alongside the newly established multi professional team. This service will support people with a diagnosis of cancer to be optimised in preparation for their treatment, enabling better outcomes and improved experience., , Main duties of the job, , The post holder is required to support the implementation and delivery of the newly funded cancer prehabilitation service across the region. They will work under the direction of registered therapists maintaining an effective, day-to-day service working in the cancer prehabilitation service. The post holder will carry out delegated routine administration tasks independently such as appointment booking, venue booking, data administration and verbal and electronic communication with patients to ensure health screen questionnaires are completed. The post holder will support the production of evidence based written materials and teaching resources as required and ensure their regular review.
