We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Office in London.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations,
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, associate or bachelor degree,
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role minimum 3 years,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks,
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
