Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Administrative Assistant role with JG & Associates located in Croydon. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining client records. The role also involves providing executive administrative assistance with developing reports and presentations for clients, as well as communicating with clients and management.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative assistance with excellent communication skills
- Ability to use phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with clerical skills and document management
- Experience in providing executive administrative assistance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- An associate's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
