**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle office tasks, and ensure efficient operation within the office environment. **Duties:** - Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. - Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. - Assist in resolving administrative problems and inquiries. - Data entry and management of documents using computerized systems. - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events as required. - Provide support to visitors by greeting them warmly and ensuring their needs are met. **Experience:** - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. - Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
