Edu-Lettings currently operates over 100 venues nationwide and enable thousands of people every day to be active in education facilities that would previously have been closed to the community.
As A Business Development Assistant, you will play a pivotal role within our hirer relations team driving revenue across multiple school accounts against quarterly & annual targets. Working Collaboratively, you will manage our crm platform and lead conversion process. You will be accountable for generating & managing your own leads, calls and promotional activity.
We are looking for a proven sales executive who has a polished sales approach and enthusiastic personality. This role suits somebody who has a passion for the leisure sector, with experience in lead generation & sales conversion.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate sales & lead generation with customers across multiple territories predominantly through calls, Microsoft teams and clear communication via email.
- Knowledge of growing a leisure business across multiple channels.
- Cultivate strong relationships with our customers across diverse UK regions. Understanding the hirers needs and effectively meeting them with your sales guidance and knowledge.
- Manage accurate records in our client relationship management system (CRM)
- Take responsibility for achieving sales objectives and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Hirer Relation Assistants to ensure effective new business is managed correctly to provide the optimum customer experience.
- Conduct sales calls via Microsoft teams were necessary with partners & our large account holders.
- Communicate with our national partners & customers with monthly newsletters.
- Lead our event vetting procedures in line with company polices & procedures.
- Supporting the overall development of the Edu-Lettings brand by working directly with the hirer relations supervisor in all aspects of revenue generation.
About You:
- Experience working in a sales environment, ideally in a leisure sector.
- Proven experience working to sales targets and winning new business.
- A passion for income & lead generation with a familiarity of leisure marketing techniques
- Capable working autonomously to manage calls lists and the ability to manage High numbers of customer engagements using a range of lines of communication.
- A knowledge of crm systems.
- A confident communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills which are essential to this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Possess strong & effective negotiation skills
- Ability to travel when required.
- Flexible approach to business working requirements, including working shifts at evenings & weekends.
