As Port Presenter you will be part of the Shore Excursions team and will work alongside them as guests depart for their tours at each port, you will also deliver port presentation in the theatre to our guests to inform them of the exciting things to do at each port and make recommendations on excursions.Are you a charismatic individual who could use their energy to sell shore excursions to our guests Do you pride yourself on reaching and exceeding targets Can you adapt in an ever changing work environment and always ensure that you deliver a high standard of service Are you able to take th initiative and work proactively to deliver well organised and informative port talksIf so you could be ideally suited to the Port Presenter position!To join Cunard in this fantastic role you must have the following:

Experience working to challenging targets in a service environmentExperience of designing and delivering engaging presentations to large audiencesExtensive knowledge of the travel industryWork well under pressure and possess excellent organisational and administrative skillsContinually strive to improve guest satisfaction scores and effectively resolve issues or complaints
