Belle Vue Primary & Nursery school is a two form entry primary school with a maintained nursery. It is situated in beautiful grounds and is a site ripe for development and brimming with opportunity.
Hours: Full time 37 per week, Term time only 40 weeks
Salary: Grade 7, £26,144.68 - £29,173.09
The Head Teacher and Governing Body are seeking to appoint an exceptional, experienced, committed Administrative Manager.
This is a key role to the running of our school and requires somebody who appreciates the unique and valued place the school office has at Belle Vue.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher and other senior members of staff, as well as our Admin team. They will need to have good attention to detail, strong work ethic and the ability to see and tackle issues before they arise.
They will also need to be flexible, tactful and be able to problem solve on a daily basis. Therefore, it is essential that applicants are professional, approachable and very effective and articulate communicators. The willingness to make a difference to lives of our children is essential!
Key responsibilities of this role include Finance duties, customer service, data management and personal duties, they will also play a part in the management of staff.
We invite candidates ideally from a range of educational backgrounds, who can demonstrate the ability to operate independently, communicate effectively and who will share our vision and passion for education.
We envisage the role to develop over time and this will largely be down to the individual appointed and their skill set and how it links with the school vision and aims.
You will need to have experience in leading and motivating teams and a strong understanding of administration.
Visits to the school are vital to gain an understanding of the role.
