Proposal Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Proposal Manager to join our team and lead the development of winning proposals. The successful candidate will oversee the proposal process from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and compelling proposals that meet client requirements and objectives.
Based in West London there will be significant international travel as you support the efforts of the Business Development Team
The role is offered with a salary of £80 - £100K.
The successful candidate will most likely come from the water sector, working either in utilities either or as a supplier
Duties:
Lead and manage the end-to-end proposal process, working with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources.
Develop proposal strategies, timelines, and outlines to ensure alignment with client needs.
Supervise and guide team members involved in proposal development, providing direction and support as needed.
Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with RFP requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to enhance proposal quality.
Ensure timely submission of completed proposals while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
- Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in proposal management or a similar role within a competitive business environment.
- Experience within the water sector
- Strong commercial skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software is preferred.
