SalaryFawkes and Reece are currently assisting a growing Main Contractor based in London, the business are looking for an experienced Proposals Manager due to their current strong order book both on a short and long term basis.
The business specialise in new build and fit out projects in London and the South East, predominately The business are ideally seeking an individual who can demonstrate a stable employment track record and someone who has worked in the construction sector previously.
This role will be reporting into the Pre Construction Director and work within the work-winning team.
The Proposals Manager will contribute to our client's sustained business growth through the management of bid submissions and proposals from initial enquiry to tender submission for projects from £5m to £50m plus. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign software would be beneficial for this role but is not essential, the Proposals Manager will be responsible for overseeing high quality bids from ITT stage through to handover to the Pre Construction Director and delivery teams - experience of working within the Central London Construction market would be highly beneficial.
