Here at the Hexagon Centre we provide daytime activities for adults with learning and physical disabilities. We are passionate about supporting people to get the best out of their day and helping them communicate their needs and wishes.
Joining our supportive and friendly team as an Administrative Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the front line team to deliver person centred services, ensuring everyone at the centre has a great day that fulfils their personal needs, abilities and interests.

Along with excellent administrative and numeracy skills, you'll also have a wide range of IT skills across a variety of packages, including Microsoft 365. Working collaboratively alongside another Administrative Officer, you'll demonstrate excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, to successfully manage a busy workload. As the first point of contact, based in the reception area, you'll need strong customer service and relationship management skills, for engaging with visitors and staff. Most importantly, you'll demonstrate our core values, showing empathy and compassion.
