Our client based in Windsor are looking for a highly organised and experienced Administrator to come and join their team on a temporary basis for 1 week. You will be providing support to colleagues as well as a mixture of Administrative and Reception duties
Your responsibilities include, however are not limited:
- Typing up minutes and presentations
- Ensure equipment and refreshments are stocked up around the office
- Meeting and greeting visitors into the office
- Answering phone calls
- General ad hoc duties to other colleagues
The successful candidate must be a confident communicator who is willing to offer support and help others when it is required. You must have a good understanding of all Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as you will be using these systems regularly.

Location: Windsor, town centre - free parking
Hourly Rate: 14.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm and Friday, 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm
