We are working with an international property company who are seeking to appoint 2 Administrators for a long term, temporary role. Working remotely, the successful candidates will provide varied administrative support to colleague's across the country; your role will be varied and tasks will include;
- Managing diaries
- Booking appointments
- Research
- Compiling reports using excel and word templates
- Dealing with in-box queries
This is a great remote based opportunity that would would be ideal for a candidate who has a strong administration and organisational background. Working 9-5 Monday-Friday, the successful candidates will be available immediately and be able to work in a quiet setting at home. The successful candidate will have;
- Minimum of 12 months administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent in all MS Office packages
