Warehouse Administrator

Venatu Recruitmet are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator on behalf of our client based in Bradford BD4. 

We are looking for comprehensive administration support by undertaking clerical and coordination activities within their warehousing and distribution centre to aid project delivery.

We are looking for a detail orientated, customer focused administrator to support the team in ensuring smooth running of their centre. 

 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Inputting client orders onto our in-house bespoke warehouse management system
• Cross referencing data sets and reporting anomalies.
• Producing presentations and compiling client documents.
• Inbox management in line with SLAs
• Dealing with customer queries and resolving problems via phone and email.
• Entering client demand requirements.
• Booking of HGV transport - determining vehicles and logging costs.
• Producing and issuing despatch paperwork.
• Uploading supplier delivery manifests.
• Raising purchase orders and invoices approval.
• Generating reports and data analysis.
• Liaising with internal departments.

• Accurate data input/output.
• Work within agreed budgets and monitor spends
• Issue resolution in line with SLAs

SKILLS:

• As you’ll be building a variety of relationships with different stakeholders, it’s important you have good communication skills and can work on your own initiative.

• Good planning and organising skills are key for this role and you should be used to working under pressure to meet deadlines allowing flexibility and resilience

• You will need to have good and accurate literacy, numeracy and administrative skills and the ability to analyse information to solve general queries. 

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Salary : 25,461 per annum 

Temp to Perm after 12 weeks
