We have over 200 people working together to produce top quality products to clients across the UK and beyond. To support the business growth, we are seeking an experienced Part Time Warehouse Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis, based at our Low Moor Site.
We’re looking for an individual who is capable of working in a busy Warehouse department and capable of working in accordance with relevant procedures. With a keen eye for detail, highly dexterous and the ability to complete tasks with high quality output, we’re also looking for clear communication skills and a proficient use of English. You would also be required to maintain stock integrity. There may be occasions for sickness cover and holiday cover to work at our Factory in Cleckheaton, so flexibility will be required.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
v To complete all warehouse administration duties in a timely manner
v Process PI (Perpetual Inventory) Counts & Movements accurately
v Investigate stock discrepancies and raise any unresolved issues
v Support of training of colleagues to ensure procedures are followed
v Demonstrate Safe working practices
v Provide Holiday and Sickness cover as required
v Manage and update the warehouse production plan
v Allocate work orders and manage any discrepancies
v Work Collaboratively with other departments
v Any other duties as required
Health & Safety
- To support the Warehouse Manager in delivering a 'right first time' service, whilst adhering to all company Quality, Health and Safety policies
- Ensure housekeeping and hygiene levels are maintained
Person Specification
Knowledge, Experience and Work Skills Needed:
- Computer Literate
- A good level of education minimum, Maths and English GCSE (A-C)
- Use of Sage 200
