Stores Administrator

Wakefield

£23,000 - £25,000

Monday - Friday 7AM-4PM

 

We are actively seeking a Stores Administrator who will support with all aspects of ordering stock, stock control and maintenance of store departments for a growing business based in Wakefield.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside internal teams and management to support with resolving stock related issues.
  • Ensuring all stock items are issued in full and on time.
  • Ordering stock and organising stock in the correct location bays.
  • Developing excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, staff, customers and suppliers.
  • Ensuring products arrive on time and in good condition for dispatch.
  • Reporting damages to management.
  • Supporting the Customer Service Team in ordering and dispatch of products.

 

What you will need:

  • Experience in a similar positions, handling stock and supporting internal teams.
  • Forklift truck driving licence.
  • Strong IT skills; experience in Microsoft Packages.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience of fabricating uPVC windows and doors would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
