Stores Administrator

Monday - Friday 7AM-4PM
We are actively seeking a Stores Administrator who will support with all aspects of ordering stock, stock control and maintenance of store departments for a growing business based in Wakefield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working alongside internal teams and management to support with resolving stock related issues.
- Ensuring all stock items are issued in full and on time.
- Ordering stock and organising stock in the correct location bays.
- Developing excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, staff, customers and suppliers.
- Ensuring products arrive on time and in good condition for dispatch.
- Reporting damages to management.
- Supporting the Customer Service Team in ordering and dispatch of products.
What you will need:
- Experience in a similar positions, handling stock and supporting internal teams.
- Forklift truck driving licence.
- Strong IT skills; experience in Microsoft Packages.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience of fabricating uPVC windows and doors would be an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
