Administrator
Job Location: Poole, (nr fleetsbridge)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Circa £25,000 DOE
Hours: 8:15am – 5pm Monday – Thursday 8:15am – 4pm on Friday (slight flexibility for school runs)

A well-known, family run distribution company based in Poole are expanding and are now looking for an experienced Administrator to add to their friendly team of ten.
There are already 2 people doing this role and due to a high volume of orders they are now looking for an additional Administrator to match up and check paper work for goods coming in and out of the business.
This company supply industries such as manufacturing, marine, engineering and aerospace and pride themselves on their personable, tailored approach with customers. Their high-quality products and service are reflected in their longstanding customer relationships.
The purpose of this job is to ensure that all products that come into the business have accurate, traceable paperwork to go with them. You will need excellent attention to detail and accuracy as it is paramount that batch numbers, expiry dates and product codes are correct.
Your duties will include;
• Ensuring that all parts that come in to the business are accompanied with accurate, traceable paperwork
• Processing the paperwork and adding it to the system
• Chasing any missing documentation or certifications
• Booking goods in and out of the warehouse to reflect accurate stock
• Keeping purchase orders up to date
• Liasing with internal departments to ensure business runs smoothly
• Filing, invoicing and updating spreadsheets
The successful applicant will possess;
• Similar experience in office administration, quality, parts, compliance admin or document control would be advantageous but full training will be given for the right candidate
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good computer skills (able to use Microsoft packages)
