Administrator required for a minimum of 4 weeks with a Leeds based Engineering Organisation.
Employing over 500 across the world, this long-established organisation supply a variety of industries with complex flow control products, including Valves, Pumps, and Actuators. This organisation has recently made a decision to make significant investment (worth circa 1.8m) into their Leeds site, which will include a full overhaul of the workspace and facilities.
Because of continued demand of their versatile product range, this organisation are currently recruiting a number of a positions, including a temporary Administrator vacancy.
This employer is LEEDS based, meaning the successful Administrator will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Bradford, Castleford, Pontefract, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax, Dewsbury, Wetherby and Harrogate.
For the Administrator position, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess:
- Providing administrative support to a number of departments including Finance/Accounting and Human Resources
- Processing purchase invoices whilst ensuring that delivery notes match
- Occasional credit control
- Reception duties; meeting & greeting visitors, incoming call handling etc.
In return, the Administrator will receive:
- Annual Salary: 24,000.00 (pro-rata)
- Working Hours: Day shifts spread over 37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 08:30-16:30 / Friday 08:30-16:00 with the option to finish at 1PM
- Contract Length: 4 Weeks minimum - potential for extension or permanent employment (not guaranteed)
