Quest Employment are working with a financial services holding company to find an experienced Administrator to take over their coordinating and administrative activities.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Duties:
- Handling outbound and inbound calls
- Administrative tasks such as responding to letters and emails, updating systems, and processing payments
- Agreeing affordable arrangements
- Comply with Data Protection legislation, and company processes and procedures
- Personal compliance with the applicable conduct rules
- While carrying out regular responsibilities, ensure all regulatory and statutory standards are met
- Ensure fair treatment of customers
- Support and liaise with Team Managers and Senior Managers
- Ad-hoc duties as required by Line Manager
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative or call centre role
- Experience within the Financial Services sector (preferred)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
