Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £30,000-36,000 depending on experience
Location: Newmarket
Term: Permanent

The role of Administrator:
* Working as the righthand person to the Managing Director
* Processing sales orders and enquiries efficiently
* Coordinating quotes and sample requests promptly and accurately
* Answering incoming calls and dealing with any queries
* Conduct customer reviews to gather feedback and enhance the service
* Updating the customer records on the CRM
* Regularly report activity results to the Managing Director and actively participate in meetings
* Attend and contribute to scheduled sales meetings and training sessions
Experience Required for the Administrator vacancy:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role is essential
* You must be dynamic and a self- starter
* Ability to work directly with the Managing Director and other key stakeholders
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Strong computer skills including MS Office and CRMs
The Salary for the Administrator vacancy:
£30,000- £36,000 basic salary, full time office based
