Administrator/ Project Administrator Hybrid role working 2 days in the office and 3 days working from homeStart date: Immediate start.Salary: £12.50-£13.50 per hourStart date: Immediate start.Location: EastleighDuration of assignment: Ongoing requirement to cover a busy periodHours of work: Monday to Friday 37 hours, core working hours - 9am to 5pmDynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established business who are UK based. Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit temporary administration support on an ongoing basis to help with a specialist team.As an administrator/project administrator you will be supporting a specialist departmentYou will need to liaise with stakeholders and third parties to manage enquiries with professionalism. We are looking for a good administrator with good communication skills and the ability to deal with various people. Key duties will include: To manage expectations from stakeholders and seniors via emails and on the telephone To manage a busy internal inbox - filter enquiries and respond to enquiries where possible. Prepare for meetings when needed including room bookings, agendas and minutes. To investigate and gather relevant documentation and supporting legal documents where needed. Managing the CRM system, uploading confidential and important documentation Update and accurately record outcomes of customer contact. Manage and respond to incoming work through a variety of routes. Build relationships and liaise with other departments and outside third parties. To complete general administration Analysing and excel spreadsheets. Completing mail merges Investigate and liaise with third parties to manage specialist enquiries.The ideal administrator will have / be. Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and oral. Good administrative skills and experience will be required for this position. Ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals. Proven numerical skills; comfortable with overview of data collation and statistical reporting. Competent - advanced in using MS Office e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook. Able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise own workload. Full clean driving licence and /or ability to travel in a timely and efficient manner to visit community venues, attend meetings where needed.To be considered please submit your CV asap.
