Our client, a highly successful Property company, are looking for a bright and organised individual to provide administrative support to their existing team of 2 Business Support Specialists.
Our client is very much a client-facing business and is looking for someone who enjoys helping others and who understands and acts swiftly on instructions.
This is a hugely varied and interesting role which will involve answering calls, project administration, organising meetings and coordinating diaries as well as preparing invoices and assisting with marketing events.
A good telephone manner and working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required, as is the ability to uphold standards whilst multi-tasking.
