This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a well-known global entertainment business, we are looking for someone with a proven background in an administrative position. You will be proficient with MS Office systems and have experience with raising purchase orders and supporting a wider team.

Duties & Responsibilities
Purchase Orders: Managing all aspects of the PO life cycle including raising and tracking POs and maintaining the spreadsheets, goods receipting, collating paperwork and handling queries
Assisting the team with purchases for the office
Filling and organising paperwork
Covering the phone and taking messages
Taking orders for rigging equipment from customers and preparing delivery notes
Creating quotes for customers
Logging equipment in and out on our computer system
Data entry
Ad hoc support to the team as required
Skills Required
Computer literate with strong MS office skills
Familiarity with SAP systems favourable
Understanding of the administration of Purchase Orders favourable
Ability to cope under pressure from clients and colleagues, responding quickly and appropriately to requests, using own initiative, and being prepared to ask for help and advice when necessary
Highly organised self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Hands on approach and commitment to get the job done.
Ability to work well within a diverse team
Excellent phone manner
