Reed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with an independent economic advisory firm, located in Central Oxford, for the recruitment of an Administrator to join their team. They will be supporting the Senior Administrator and Administration Manager with a variety of tasks in a professional and efficient manner.
In brief your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Supporting with office maintence including liasing and coordinating with external suppliers and building managers, dealing with any maintenance issues, ensuring office supplies are fully stocked
- Supporting the sales team with Salesforce procedures
- Organising monthly social staff events,
- Organising the booking of travel and accomodation when is required
This role will suit someone who has previous administration experience. They will be a confident communicator who can engage at all levels. They will be reactive to business needs and be able to adapt to such and ensure deadlines are still achieved within the expected timeframes.

The role is 09:00-17:30hrs Monday to Friday and is office based, with a salary up to £27,000 per annum subject to experience.
