Fully office based - nearest stations; Chancery Lane / Farringdon / Holborn
Immediate start - 2-month contract
£24 - £27 per hour
35 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for an urgent role to assist the Head of School as a PA / EA. You will have a strong background in supporting at senior level and be confident at being the first point of contact for a busy Head of School.
As Executive Assistant your role is fundamental in setting the tone of the Head's office and in the operations and management of the school. Providing the Head with comprehensive support so they can undertake their role with maximum effectiveness. As PA / EA you will act as the first line of contact for the Head; supporting with diary management, maintenance of administrative systems, general secretarial duties and providing reports to the Head and Governors.
Experience required:
- Solid background in PA / EA roles
- Experience of producing reports
- Significant experience of using a variety of database and analysing data
- Experience of working in a School environment (desirable)

- Enhanced DBS will be required, so ideally you have one in place or on auto renew service
