We are recruiting an Administrator for a highly professional company based in Woodstock, where you will be providing administration support to the small and friendly compliance team.
As Administrator your duties will be varied and will include:
. Assisting with diary management and setting up meetings
. Administration of completed internal audits
. Monitoring team inbox and directing queries as appropriate
. Create and circulate meeting minutes
. Raise purchase orders
. Assist with preparation and formatting of documentation for team members
. Administration of online portals
. Administration of business wide compliance e-learning platform
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an administrative role which includes diary management, with strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to communicate with people at all levels of business, proficient knowledge and demonstrable experience with all MS Office suite and good at problem solving with a 'get it done' attitude.
