Job description

My client is looking for someone to work on a 12 month FTC covering maternity leave until at least March 2025. Hours 7am to 3pm in the office every day.

Key Competencies of a Site Coordinator

  • Ability to work in a busy site office with solid admin experience
  • Able to handle sensitive/confidential information.
  • Good communication skills while answering phones, Microsoft Teams and conversing with clients
  • Good excel skills as most of the day to day work will involve excel
  • Ability to use Microsoft office suite.
  • Ability to pass National Security Clearance.
  • Data management to keep worksheets/trackers/ internal client trackers up to date
  • The ability to change and adapt to the clients’ requirements, working in a fast pace environment.
  • Attend meetings as when required.
  • General Health and Safety knowledge of work in a site environment. Qualifications would be an advantage.
