Office Angels is working with a leading business in Guildford who require an experienced administrator to join them ASAP on an going temporary assignment.
The role will involve front of house duties, answering a high volume of calls taking and passing on accurate messages, providing administration support to sales teams, monitoring emails and any other general office support when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on front of house
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate
- The ability to pick up tasks quickly and efficiently
- Polite and professional manner
