Temporary Administrator

Our client is seeking a full-time Temporary Administrator to join their team ASAP.

• Starting ASAP
• £10.50 per hour, paid weekly
• Based in Leatherhead
• Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm
• Parking
• Casual Dress

Job specification:

• Assisting the logistics team with picking and packing of orders
• Printing documents for shipments
• Preparing packaging and packing shipments
• Booking on shipments with couriers
• General office admin such as printing and filing

Person specification:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Intermediate Excel and Word preferred
• High level of attention to detail
• Good number skills - ability to input data accurately and extract meaningful information
• A positive character with 'go to' approach
