Role: Administrator (Entry level and experienced considered)
Salary: 19,000 - 22,000
Location: Bristol, City Centre
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00

The role:

• Preparing accounts and documentation in readiness for invoicing
• Processing sales invoices
• Chasing overdue payments over the phone and following up via email and written correspondence
• Dealing with queries
• Advising on overdue accounts
• Supporting the senior administration team

The person:

• Excellent organisational skills
• Great customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Attention to detail - someone who dots the i's & crosses the t's
• Wants to learn
