About the role
Being part of a fast-paced company we need an exceptional administrator to join our planning team at head office, Sunderland so we can hit our 2024 strategic growth targets.
- You will be super organised & experienced with a keen eye for attention to detail.
- You will be contacting customers to arrange a meeting with our surveyors.
- You will be confident to talk about the ECO projects that UKEM could potentially do at their property.
- A high standard of customer service & good general administration practices is vital.
- We need you to fit in & be part of this team, it goes without saying you must be a “team player” but can also work independently to get the tasks done on time.
BTW - We don’t hire robots, we hire people so being part of a small but growing team with a great "positive can-do" personality to get involved at head office is a must as everyone here plays a vital role!
You will be:
- A confident administrator, comfortable with communicating with anyone & everyone.
- A self-starter who is quick to learn in-house systems & working practices.
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Someone able to adapt to an agile, fast-paced and unpredictable environment.
- Experience in construction/housing/ECO would be highly desirable.

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a scheme ultimately to tackle fuel poverty whilst reducing carbon emissions, we are part of making this a reality for households.
