As an Administrative Support superstar, you'll play a proactive role in managing archives, records management, and data protection. From preparing invoices to coordinating document transfers, you'll be the backbone of our team!
️ Ensure the security of access to documents and the archive while also impressing everyone with your cataloguing skills.
Be the go-to person for enquiries, providing confident, professional, and helpful assistance. You'll also support the Archivist in data protection activities and in training and outreach programs.
Show off your organisational skills by managing the rota for housekeeping and participating in tasks to support preservation activities. You'll be an ambassador for good data protection practices! ️
