Part time Administrator / Eye, Suffolk / 32.5 hours per week / £19,435 per annum / Permanent We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our client in Eye, Suffolk on a part time basis. This role is set in a fast-paced and reactive environment, ideal for someone who thrives when busy and enjoys seeing the day fly by. Duties include: - Checking emails regularly and respond accordingly
- Assisting with the answering telephone calls for all departments
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Purchase ledger
- Raising of proforma invoices
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Ensuring all invoices are sent to customers weekly
- Keeping the phone list up to date
- Completing working hours spreadsheets
- Assisting with refreshments for guests/directors/shareholders
There can be flexibility on hours, 8:00am to 3:00pm, 9:00am to 4:00pm or 10:00am to 5:00pm. Monday to Friday.
