The Best Connection are an employment agency seeking an Administrator for an ongoing temporary assignment at our world-renowned client in Knightsbridge, London
The role will be based at a luxury department store assisting the kitchen management team with administrative duties
Responsibilities of the Administrator will include but not be limited to
- Re-organising and re-labelling all recipes in SAP based on some guiding principles
- Establishes recipe cards, fills them out, takes pictures and inserts them, laminates them
- Ensuring Excel spreadsheets with data are kept up to date with information
- Data entry work
- Assists with data input and methods for recipe cards.
Daily Picking list prints and distribution
Work on weekly forecast Data input and printing
Putting together presentations on PowerPoint
Requirements of the Administrator
- Ability to travel to the Knightsbridge area of central London independently
- Previous administrator experience
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
- Capable of putting together PowerPoints
- Ability to work as part of a team and following instruction
- Good attention to detail
- Good level of numeracy and literacy
- Presentable and well mannered
Rates of pay
£13.40 per hour rising to £14.60 per hour after 12 weeks service
Hours of work
Expected to be 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, office based
