My client an RC frame groundworks contractor has an opportunity for an experienced office manager who has a minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the construction environment to join their team on a permanent basis at their office in West London Greenford.
Responsibilities with include
- Placing plant and material orders with suppliers.
- Negotiating new material rates with suppliers i.e concrete, rebar muckaway etc..
- Purchasing stationary for the office and keeping the office admin up to date
- Keeping records of the fleet of vehicles and maintaining the Mot, tax, insurance and servicing is all up to date.
- Health and safety knowledge would be beneficial.
- You will work closely with the director to insure a smooth running of the office and plant department.
This will be a very busy and varied role and will only suit someone who has worked within the construction industry and enjoys working within a busy environment and help to do multiple roles.
