Job Description: Customer Service and Administration Role
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and order status
- Process customer bookings and enquiries efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures for customer service
- Build relationships with customers and offer them training and services dependant on their needs
Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using customer service software and systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
