Job Title - Administrator
Location - North West London
Salary - £15.18 an hour
Skilled Careers are working with a widely known housing association within the social housing sector. They are looking for an Administrator to join their team in NW London working on repairs and maintenance. An Administrator role is key to supporting the delivery of a planned maintenance and repairs – You will be providing administrative support to your colleagues on the contract, the tradesmen, operatives, the client and the residents.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
Require an administrator who has good knowledge of excel More than inputting, needs to set up at spread sheets
Needs to be a confident individual who will be able to manage their time between 3 streams of work plus any calls from residents.
Needs to be in office 5 days a week
Working between two projects
