We are currently seeking a hands-on and highly organised individual to assist our client on a temporary basis for approx. 3 months.

This temporary booking has an immediate start! This is an exciting opportunity to join a global brand and our client requires someone who has fantastic attention to detail and is willing to get stuck into more hands-on tasks and providing support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Job duties: - Administrative support to senior team members - Monitoring and ordering supplies for assessments - Processing orders - Collating information and data - Preparing assessment rooms and ensuring assessments are completed and rooms are cleared out after - Supporting the coordination of projects and day-to-operations Requirements: - Excellent MS Excel skills - Strong communication skills - Experience within an administrative role - Fantastic attention to detail Please note that this is a temporary and office based role on a full time basis.
