In this role, you will:
? Accurately consolidate orders and back orders, collaborating with customer services and wider sales teams to ensure order confirmation.
? Work closely with the sales team to meet customer requirements during the consolidation process.
? Rectify order release blockers for the warehouse by maintaining accurate inventory records and cleaning up order books.
? Develop your product knowledge to help customers find suitable replacements or alternatives.
? Support the Head of Wholesale Customer Service and the Commercial Business Analyst with ad-hoc requests.
What you bring to the table:
?? Previous experience in sales administration or customer service is preferred, but not essential. ??
?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential. Knowledge of advanced functions like VLOOKUPs is advantageous. ??
?? Strong organisational skills and a logical approach to tasks ensure efficient workflow and time management. ?
?? Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accuracy in all aspects of the job. ??
