Temporary Customer Service Data Administrator

We are looking for a Temporary Customer service Data Administrator , to support a an inspiring health charity . You will provide donation processing support within the Customer Services and Central Admin Team, and across database and finance teams as required. You need Raisers Edge experience

This is a London based hybrid role with flexible home working options.

The Role
Processing income as quickly and efficiently as possible with a high degree of accuracy
End to end management of the weekly import process into Raisers Edge of new Direct Debits and Recurring Card Payments
Processing gift cancellations and amendments accurately and to agreed time scales
Transferring and saving data securely and to agreed processes
Providing administrative support across designated income generation activities

The Candidate
Experience of using Raisers Edge
Experience of processing donations
Experience, speed and accuracy when entering and transferring data
Experience of working as part of a team to achieve yours and the teams aims and goals
Experience of the processing and management of personal data under current GDPR regulations
