Our client is an amazing charity who we have been successfully supporting for a number of years. To be successful in your application you will have strong knowledge of working with Saleforce and able to grasp the internal foundations of the package easily.
Role: Temporary Salesforce Administrator
Type: Temporary ongoing
HOURS: 9am - 5.30pm
SALARY: £17.00 per hour depending on experience
LOCATION: Remote working

What you will be doing…
- Perform day-to-day administration and support of the Salesforce database, including but not limited to managing user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and data integrity.
- Customise Salesforce to meet the organisation's specific needs, including creating custom fields, objects, layouts, workflows, and reports.
- Assist in the implementation of new features and functionalities in Salesforce, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configuration, processes, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, data, and integrations.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure the organization is leveraging the platform effectively.
To be successful in this role you will have…
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience in Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred.
