The Role of the Administrator:
- Responsible for handling phone calls and booking engineers to conduct site visits
- Checking over hire documents, processing them and completing stock checks.
- Make customer satisfaction calls during and after hire, resolve any issues and feedback between other departments
- Working closely with the hire manager
- It's a fast-paced role, so you'll have to be able to multitask and be confident using IT systems.
- Office based near Curdworth, Mon - Fri; 45 hours per week
The Candidate for the Administrator:
- No prior experience with hire equipment is needed but having worked within an office based administration, controller, or coordination role before would be beneficial.

- The location of the office will require a driving licence
The Package for theAdministrator:
- 25,000 - 30,000 basic salary
