Our client, a leader in distribution services, is seeking a customer focused individual to join their busy team.
Main Tasks:
- Utilise the CRM system to collate records and track customer complaint resolutions
- Keep customers updated
- Deal with customer queries
- Oversee booking in of delivery times and follow up on timed deliveries
- Provide quotes to customers
Person Spec
- GCSE's at grade A - C in English Language and Maths or equivalent
- Previous experience of working within an office based customer focused environment
- Must be a team player
- Accurate Data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work at pace
- The ability to prioritise your workload effectively
- Sound IT skills
