We are looking for a temporary Customer Service administrator for an immediate start in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent Customer Service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and assist with queries.
• Maintain accurate records and update databases.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven administrative background
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Excellent telephone manner 
• Availability for an immediate start
