Job Description:

As a Customer Service Administrator in the Property Repairs Department at Rugby Council, you will play a crucial role in assisting residents with their property repair inquiries and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

- Logging repair requests, scheduling appointments, and liaising with repair teams.

- Providing accurate information and updates to customers regarding their repair status.

- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely resolution of repair requests.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work well under pressure.

- Proficiency in using Customer Service software and systems.

- Knowledge of property maintenance or repairs is a plus.
