Warehouse Administrator

We have a fabulous opportunity to join one of the UK's leading IT organisations.
With state of the art facilities based in Rugby we are looking to appoint a

Returns Administrator within their NDC. 09:00 - 17:30

Responsible for all aspects of the Returns process including but not limited to those mentioned below.
•To receive and process all returned items
• Ensure that all Stock received is correctly labelled with correct part number and then placed in an appropriate Location.
• For all Customer orders, carry out the final Quality check of the order to ensure the Products and quantities are correct.
• Ensure all orders leaving the NDC are adequately packaged for Transportation
• Logging receipt of all returns on spreadsheets and systematically
• Creating vendor returns and shipping
• To liaise with Customer Services, Config, Warehouse and Inventory regards stock movements
• To liaise with Transport when required for specialist deliveries
• Clear communication of all queries to relevant parties
• Processing of failed deliveries
• Oversee collections / deliveries
• Communicate disposal details
• Returns stock check
• Process the Returns mailbox within agreed SLA’s
