- Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

- Location: Portishead/hybrid
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are office based, Tuesday and Friday you can work from either home or the office
Key Responsibilities of a Business Support Administrator:
- Completing an array of administration tasks (reception cover, diary management, minute taking)
- Handling and resolving queries
- Liaising with customers internally and externally
- Inputting data and processing applications
- Collating and presenting conference reports
Key Skills and Experience of a Business Support Administrator:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Strong communication skills is essential
- You will have a good eye for detail, confidentiality, flexibility and a positive attitude
- Previous administration background/experience is required
