Form of workRobert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for an interim Payroll Administrator to join one of our clients based in North Bristol + Hybrid working + Parking.
Start Date: 3rd June
Duration: Temporary assignment for 5 - 6 months
Salary range DOE: £30,000(Hourly rate equivalent)
Working hours & Pattern - 35 hours a week, 2 days a week in the office
You will use your skills to:
- Processing of starters and leavers
- Dealing with all aspects of statutory payments and deductions
- Manual calculations
- Dealing with manual time-sheets; collating, assessing and calculating payments & absence related deductions
- Downloading of and dealing with HMRC forms
- Manual input of data to payroll software
- Associated admin duties to assist the team
Skills/Experience needed:
- Previous experience in a payroll position - Ideally full end to end processing however administration of payroll is also suitable
- Good understanding of UK payroll legislation
- Previous experience using payroll software and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Effective communication skills to resolve queries
